The Event Management app replaces the traditional tickets for events with NFC tags, QR codes and an app running on Android devices! The Event Management database was specially designed to handle thousands of attendees at once.
The app features four different types of functions:

1) Check-in / Check-out
Used to create time records of attendees checking-in and out of the event or even certain locations that have an entry/exit point. NFC tags or QR codes may be used as scan-able tickets for the attendees.

2) Registration
Registration can be used for on-site registration of attendees or personnel (i.e. vendors).
You can use either an NFC tag, or a QR code for the registration of the newly registered person.

3) Materials
Materials option is used for accountability in distributing materials at an event to attendees.
The user scans an attendee NFC tag or QR code and the material item(s) assigned to that attendee will be populated on the screen (with the item(s) photo and information).

4) Attendee Search
Attendee Search can enable users of the app at the event to search for an attendee by first or last name.
The three-column search page has features where you can press and hold the call button of an attendee to initiate a telephone call with that person.

Checking attendees in and out is as simple as scanning an NFC tag or using the camera on your Android device to scan a QR code.

Uploading attendees to Event Managements ginstr backend is easy and simple, with only a few clicks of a mouse you can upload several thousands of attendees to the database.

Materials or gifts that are handed out to attendees at an event can also be easily managed with the database and app.


  • Thousands of attendees can be uploaded at once through the ginstr web backend
  • Each user account has a table where they can upload their own company logo or event logo
  • See which employees checked in which attendees, the time/date, and the check-in location
  • Distribute event materials or gifts electronically, collect signatures and get time-stamps whenever a gift is received by an attendee
  • Assign new NFC tag or QR code tickets while at the event to improve ticket sales
  • Search attendee list of the database within the app by attendee first and last name
  • All data is securely stored in the ginstr cloud

  • Attendee data can be viewed anywhere with a PC connected to ginstr web
  • Master data entry can be easily administered in ginstr web
  • Sorting and filtering of data with a multitude of criteria i.e. – Attendee name, attendee check-in/check-out time, room name, user name, ticket expiration date etc.
  • The data stored in the ginstr cloud is very useful for further processing and can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet (e.g. for use with 3rd party programs)
  • Add your own logo within the app
